Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which Nilesh Engineers will issue refunds for purchased Incense Making Machine Parts & Raw Materials.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Approved Returns: Items returned according to our Return Policy and approved after inspection.
• Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled by the customer before they have been shipped.
• Defective or Damaged Items: Products received by the customer that are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival (subject to verification).
• Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered (subject to verification).

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 Business Days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

• Items returned that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned outside the specified return window (at our discretion).

4. Non-Refundable Items/Costs

• Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
• Costs associated with return shipping (paid by the customer) are non-refundable.
• Items explicitly marked as non-refundable or final sale at the time of purchase.
• Add any other specific non-refundable items/costs relevant to your business, e.g., certain raw materials if opened.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
