- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for large/bulk orders. We will notify you if significant delays are expected.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Gujarat, India.
- Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship orders primarily within India.
- We use reputable courier partners like DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, Local Couriers to deliver your orders.
- The specific carrier may depend on the destination, package size, and weight.
- Shipping Costs

- Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
- If your order is lost in transit (i.e., tracking shows no update for an extended period beyond the estimated delivery date), please contact us so we can investigate with the courier company.
- Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs due to address errors may be charged to the customer.
