1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Raw materials that have been opened or partially used, custom-ordered parts, items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exception: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please discuss this with our customer service team when initiating the return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will Ship Replacement Product after we get the Returned product and complete inspection then we will notify is it approved or not. then we will ship your new product within 3 Business Days.
5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return request, typically within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
